Best Life Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is a leading outpatient physical therapy provider in the Hampton Roads area, with four locations and a strong reputation for individualized, hands-on care. Our team specializes in orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation, with a focus on manual therapy and performance-based outcomes.
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our therapist-owned outpatient clinic. This role is ideal for a clinician with a passion for sports medicine who values a hands-on, team-based approach to patient care and is looking for autonomy, growth, and the opportunity to develop a specialty or niche.

- Emphasis on individualized, one-on-one patient care.
- Hands-on, manual therapy-focused treatment approach.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active Virginia PT license.
- Interest in outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills.
- Commitment to a hands-on, team-oriented approach to care.
- Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently while maintaining quality of care.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (flexible scheduling options available).
